Important Notes:

Accommodation rates refer to single occupancy rooms on Bed and Breakfast basis.

The price does not include accommodation tax imposed by the Greek State from 01/01/2018 and analyzed as follows: €4 for a 5* hotel, €3 for a 4* and €1 for a 3* per room and per night. It is invoiced separately and is issued by the occupants at the hotel reception upon departure.

Availability will be confirmed on a first come-first served basis.

Priority will be given to requests concerning speakers-chairmen of the scientific program.

Companies participating as sponsors of the conference also have priority.

Special requirements (extras, day use, early/late check in/out, different room type, non-smoking, bed type etc) must be submitted to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau for availability and (extra) costs checking.

Group registration (more than 5 participants)

Companies who wish to invite participants to the congress, should apply directly to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau and send their requests at reservations@conferre.gr

3. In case of multiple registrations (over 5): 50% deposit within 5 days of the availability confirmation and full payment until 18/09/2023

In case of payment by bank transfer proof of corresponding balance payment should be sent to the Conferre S.A.

Your accommodation booking will not be confirmed unless accompanied by proof of full payment.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to Conferre SA (info@conferre.gr). No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.

• In case of cancellation until 21/07/2023 no cancellation fees will apply
• From 22/7/2023 to 11/8/2023: 50% cancellation fee
• No refunds will be made in the event of any cancellations received after August 12th, 2023

Notes

For any written cancellations of rooms sent to Conferre S.A:

• All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to Conferre S.A.(info@conferre.gr). No telephone cancellations and/or amendments will be accepted.
• Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
• Refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.

In case of non-show, the hotel will automatically release the room and the total amount paid will be non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.

The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registrations or for visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
